As the season changes, so does how our bodies feel. I know if you are young, you are thinking, “golly that ole lady is crazy” but in truth, if you have had chemo, your body has aged years ahead of what your actual age really is. I was told this by several doctors. THAT, really does scare me, because, I’m 70 years young. So how old am I, inside? I think about this more each day as the wind on this mt. picks up and the temperature drops down. ALL I can think of is “Florida, here I come”! I had a post about the cures
being worse than the ill. Right about now, I’m thinking, more & more about how true that statement was. OK, hot flashes, you need cool temps. Aching bones, you need warm temps. Oh my gosh! What if you are having hot flashes & your bones are aching too?? Being a non-medical person, with ages of experience, I recommend “several bottles of good wine!” :>) Sit back & enjoy!

PS
As many of you might have noticed, my book “Laugh When I Cry” is not being advertised here on this blog anymore, but it can be found on Amazon. I can only hope, it will
make you, think, cry & last, but not least, it will make you laugh out loud.

You are so right about the ironic things our bodies do. How did our Grandmother’s make it just going through memopause. I don’t remember either of them ever being mad, upset, too hot, etc… What happened??? I can’t wait to read your book because you make me laugh out loud everytime you post. love you, sharron

Sandy:

You are a crazy lady but we love you for it! Your posts always lift up my heart and I always appreciate your supportive comments as well.

Right now that cold breeze sounds really good to me, for some reason, I’m having more hot flashes,,,I mean my face turns red and everything. When are ya’ll heading south?

I’d still love to share a glass at Beer Alley.
Take care and stay warm.
